Ingredients
- 2 tbs evoo
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, grated
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c heavy cream
- pinch ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1/2-3/4 c grated parmigiano reggiano

Step 1
In lrg skillet heat oil, two turns of the pan over med heat. Add onion and cook until softened, 5-7 mins. Add garlic and stir 1 min. Add cream cheese and nutmeg; season with salt and pepper. Add spinach and stir until heated through, about 3 mins. Stir in cheese
