- 1 TB. oil
- 2 TB. margarine
- 2 TB. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 3 TB. parmesean cheese
- 1 t. chopped parsley
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 lb. Scallops

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil & margarine in baking dish. Add other ingredients. Toss to coat scallops. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 min.
