I usually double this and serve it with any combination of bread (rye,
pumpernickle or marble work best), tortilla chips or pita chips.
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6-8 green onions, chopped
- 1 envelope Knorr's Leek Soup mix
- 1 package frozen spinach
Preparation time 20mins
Thaw out and drain spinach. To get the spinach really dry, it's best to squeeze it out in paper towels.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. An electric mixer works best if you have one.
Mix in the remaining ingredients. Stick it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
For a large party, double the ingredients.
