Squares made out of Spinach

Ingredients

• Two 10 ounce frozen spinach
• 4 Tbs butter softened
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 16 oz of cheddar cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 chopped onions

Preparation

Step 1

cook and drain spinach
beat eggs, butter, flour, milk, salt, baking powder, chop onion.

stir in cheese + onion + spinach
grease 9x13 pan
pour in pan
bake on 350 for 35 mins
