Chinese BBQ Pork Spareribs

Ingredients
- For the sauce, mix together:
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice Powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Pour sauce over one rack of pork spareribs in a slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, covered, until the ribs are tender but not falling apart. Brush sauce over ribs every hour till falling apart.
