- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 (6- to 8-inch) flour or 8 corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring until crumbled; drain. 3. Stir in soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and ½ cup cheese; spoon into prepared baking dish. 4. Cover and bake 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese, and serve.
