Cornbread stovetop


For left-over corn bread muffins.

  • 4 c corn bread, cubed
  • 4 T minced dry onion
  • 2 T parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp poultry season
  • 2 tsp chicken base
  • 2 c water
  • 1/4 c margerine



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Cube corn bread and dry in oven while oven preheats.
Combine all other ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Pour broth over corn bread, mix. Bake 20 minutes.
