Lacy Cheese Wafer
Makes the perfect soup topper but I must confess - they work as a snack too!
- 6 ounces Parmesan cheese, coarsely shredded
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 15mins
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Place 1 tablespoon shredded cheese on sheet and pat into 2-inch circle. Repeat with remaining cheese, allowing 2-inches between circles.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 400°F until bubbly and light golden. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes until cooled but pliable. Carefully peel off and let cool on wire rack.
