Ingredients
- 8 lg walleye fillets
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 tsp honey
- 3 T milk
- 1/2 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 C Hi-Ho Ritz cracker crumbs, 1 roll = 1 cup
- 2 C or 9 oz of Shore Line Fish Batter, found at Heinen
- 1 C Almond Pecan Cashew clusters crushed, found at Costco / Sams

Preparation
Step 1
Fryer at 380 degrees
Cut fillets in 3-4 inch chuncks, same size pieces cooked same time
dry fillets with paper towl
Mix - Ritz crumbs, Shore Lunch Fih crumbs & nuts together
Mix - milk, honey, eggs together
Dip fillets in wet mixture, pressing crumbs into fillets firmly
Light brown 3-4 minutes
