Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 Tbsp butter
• Juice and rind of 1 lemon
• 2 eggs
• 1 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar,flour and butter
Add juice and rind of lemon
Add 1 egg yolks beaten
Add milk
Fold in 2 besaten egg whites
Pour into 1 quart akinf dish
Set dish into lager dish containing 1/2 c water
Bake at 350 until top is golden brown-about 1/2 hr
