SWEET POTATO OVEN FRIES

Ingredients

• 3 sweet potatoes cut lengthwise into 1/2 " pieces
• Little bit of veg oil
• 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put cut potatos, oil and brown sugar In a ziplick bag.. Coat potatos
and put on cookie sheet in sigle layer
Cook on 425 for about 20-30 min, flipping every 10 min till browned..
