    egg yolks beaten

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • ¼

    cup butter

  • rind of lemon

    . cups boiling water

  • pinch salt

    heaping tablespoons corn starch

Directions

Blind bake pie crust. Mix sugar salt corn starch lemon juice,rind and egg yolks. Slowly add water and cool till thick. Add butter and pour into pie crust. Meringue: Beat 3 egg whites with 1tablespoon cold w
