Orange Sherbet Salad

Ingredients

• First layer:
• 1 small pkg orange flavored jello
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cups orange sherbet
• 1 can mandarin oranges
• Second layer:
• 1 small pkg lemon flavored jello
• 2 cups hot water
• 1-8 oz container whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

First layer:

Dissolve orange jello in hot water, then add orange sherbet and oranges. Stir until well mixed. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and let set.

Second layer:

Mix lemon jello and hot water until dissolved. Let cool completely, then gently combine whipped topping with jello mixture and spread over orange sherbet layer.

Refrigerate until completely set.
