Ingredients
- 6 - 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 Cups - Milk
- 1 - 1 Cup - Flour
- 3 - 3 Tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 - 1 Teaspoon - Vanilla
- 1/2 - 1/2 Teaspoon - Salt
- 1/4 - 1/4 Teaspoon - Cinnamon
- 1/2 - 1/2 Cup - Butter
- 2 - 2 Cups - Apples, peeled and sliced
- 2-3 - 2-3 tablespoons - Brown Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in blender
- Melt Butter in 9X13 pan in oven. Add apples to bottom of pan. Return to oven until butter sizzles (not Brown)
- Pour batter over apples - sprinkle w brown sugar.
- Bake 20 minutes until puffed and brown
