Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 pounds bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes on a flat cookie sheet. Combine all other ingredients (except toppings). Mix with thawed hash browns.
Place in a greased 9 x 13 flat casserole
Mix topping ingredients and spread over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly in center.
