- Lime Sherbet
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Raspberry Sherbet
- Mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Start with a round bowl or something oblong. Freeze bowl. Spread a thin layer of lime sherbet around the inside edges of the bowl. Allow to freeze. Smooth it out, so it is somewhat even (a metal spoon works great). Then spread a thinner layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the lime sherbet layer. Allow to freeze and smooth out again.
Mix chocolate chips in raspberry sherbet and fill the inside of the bowl over ice cream layer. Allow to freeze.
When you are ready to serve, fill the sink with warm water and dip outside of the bowl to loosen and invert onto a serving plate (works best if you freeze the plate first).
Optional: Return it to the freezer for a few minutes, as the outside layer melts a little, then take it out and smooth with a spoon and freeze again until ready to serve.
