  • 6 baking potatoes
  • 1 c sour cream
  • crumbled bacon
  • green onions, chopped
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • butter
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Bake potatoes and cool.

Butter casserole dish. Slice potatoes and arrange in casserole. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over top. Add 1/2 of the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions and salt & pepper to taste. Repeat layer ending with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
