Orange-Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
- 2-4 tbs margarine
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/8 tsp salt, optional
- 6 slices bread

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine margarine, honey and cinnamon. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan; spread to coat bottom of pan.
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs, orange juice, and salt. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
