  • 12 Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Chop potatoes into cubes.
Melt butter.
Place potatoes onto baking sheet (I line with aluminum foil), pour melted butter and parmesan cheese over potatoes.
Mix thoroughly.
Cook at 400 degrees, until potatoes are brown and crispy on the outside (about 20-25 minutes).
