  • 2 large lemons, juiced and grated rind
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 3 eggs, well-beaten
  • 1/4 # butter



Step 1

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly(20 minutes) til thick.
Pour into sterilized jar; Store in cool place.
Spread on warm bread, muffins, or cake.
