Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 8 oz mozazerlla cheese grated
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- 2-3 tomatoes cut into 1/2 in slices
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 c. or less oilve oil
- 1/4-1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer all ingredients in a pastry shell in order listed. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30-40 minutes remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
