Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 8 oz mozazerlla cheese grated
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 T chopped fresh basil
  • 2-3 tomatoes cut into 1/2 in slices
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1/4 c. or less oilve oil
  • 1/4-1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer all ingredients in a pastry shell in order listed. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake 30-40 minutes remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
