Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 lb pancetta, small cubes
- diced onion
- 2 2 2 diced carrots
- 2 2 2 diced celery ribs
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- lg. lg. can tomato sauce
- 2 2 2 c lentils
- 6 6 6 c water
- 4 4 4 cups chicken, beef or veg stock
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pancetta. Then add veggies. Add rest and simmer til lentils are tender. Add parsley at end.
