- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pumpkin oil
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cilantro

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
