Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Pkg. Real Bacon Bits, divided
  • 1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 1 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • Assorted Dippers such as bagel chips, tortilla chips, or sliced green peppers

Step 1

Reserve 2 Tbs. bacon bits; set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef or turkey; drain. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheeses, tomatoes with juice, and remaining bacon bits. Cook and stir until heated through. Pour mixture into a 2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Before serving, stir in parsley and sprinkle with remain bacon bits. Serve with assorted dippers. Serves 10-12.
