Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- crab meat
- 1 tsp. chopped onions
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Melt butter in sauce pan.
Stir in flour.
Add milk, lemon juice and mayo.
Stir until boiling and thickens.
Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Stir in crab and onions.
Fill mushroom caps.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
