- 1 cup heavy cream1/4c.
- finely grated peeled fresh horseradish
- 2 tbsp coarse grain mustard
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Whisk cream in medium bowl until thick but not stiff. Fold horseradish and mustard into cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
