Ingredients
- Paste:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup crisco, cold
- salt
- cold water
- Lemon Butter:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tb butter, melted
- 3 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 tb water
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix paste ingredients together and let stand overnight.
2) Melt butter and add sugar and juice. Beat egg yolks and add 1 tb water.
3) Pour slowly onto above mixture and cook in double boiler for a short while.
4) Sprinkle with coconut.
