Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applecause
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp cinammon
  • 1 Tbsp butter softened - Use fork to mix until nice coarse texture is formed

Preparation

Step 1

-Preheat to 400 degrees, grease muffin cups
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder
- Place applesauce, eggs and milk in bowl and mix w/ flour mixture
- fold in blueberries fill to the top and sprinkle over muffins
- Bake 20-25 minutes
