- 9 oz bag spinach
- 10 oz bag shredded carrots
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- Alfalfa sprouts
- 1 cucumber, peeled & sliced
- (Optional: chopped nuts; chopped celery;
- sliced fruit)
- (Favorite dressing)
- Shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Assemble all ingredients into a lg bowl. Toss well.
Top w/ favorite dressing and shredded cheese.
Add additional toppings if you have them on hand.
