Squash Casserole

  • 1 qt. sliced summer squash, cooked & drained
  • 1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 stick butter or less
  • 1/2 c. grated carrot
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix



Step 1

Mix melted butter with herb stuffing mix. Pour 1/2 into baking dish. Mix other ingredients and add to casserole. Cover with remaining herb stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
