Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced carrots (slightly cooked)
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1-10 oz can, cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup cheese whiz
  • 1 package chicken stovetop stuffing

Step 1

Saute onions in margarine. Add soup and cheese whiz. Add to slightly cooked carrots. Put in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Top with prepared stuffing and bake at 325 deg F for approximately 30 minutes
