Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 10 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 cups dry penne
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temp, cut into small pieces

Step 1
On brown setting, brown chuck and drain fat. Stir in onions, mushrooms, soup, broth, penne, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place lid and lock. Pressure cook for 8 minutes on high. Release pressure. Fold in cream cheese until melted.
