Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 16 oz whole kernel corn - drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 z cream style corn
  • 9 oz corn muffin mix

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and beat eggs.

Drain the whole kerne corn.

Combine all ingredients. Adding the muffin mix last.

Stir until well combined.

pour into a greased 7x11" baking dish.

Bake at 375 foe 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
