Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork back ribs
- 1 1/2 cups orange (or apple) juice
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp grated orange rind
- 1 tbsp (or to taste) hot sauce
- 2 tsp firmly packed brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate ribs in juice for 30-60 minutes in a 4-5 quart dish.
in a seaprate bowl, combine chili sauce, hoisin sauce, orange rind, hot sauce and brown sugar.
Light grill (gas set to medium, or charcoal).
Remove ribs and pat dry.
Grill ribs on indirect heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until tender.
Brush with sauce several times during last 20 minutes of grilling.
