Old-Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Mini Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

Coconut Macaroons
2 cups peaches - cut up
1 1/2 cups sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 carton of whipping cream - whipped

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze lemon on peaches and mash

Fold this peach mixture into the whipped cream.

Pour in a dish.

Crush the coconut macaroons and sprinkle on top of the peach mixture.

Freeze.
