Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained
- 3/4 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 pound ham diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 teasapoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Sour cream, chopped bell peppers and chopped tomatoes for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except garnish in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 hours to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours. Garnish if desired.
