PEACH CAKE

- Topping:
- 'DO NOT USE WATER OR OIL'
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Can Peach Pie Filling
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup white sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Pour cake mix in large bowl and break up any clumps.
Open Peach Pie filling, take a knife and cut into the peaches to break them up into smaller pieces.
Dump pie filling into cake mix
Using a large spoon, mix together well
Using a fork beat the (3) eggs together and pour into bowl with cake mix and pie filling
Mix together well
Pour this into a 13 X 9 cake pan
(you might want to grease your cake pan, but it's not necessary if you are using a non stick pan)
TOPPING:
Using a fork, mix together 1 stick of butter, softened but still cool
1 cup of flour
1 cup white sugar
You want this mixture to crumble. If it does not crumble put mixture in freezer or refrigerator until the butter becomes cold enough to make the mixture crumble.
Using fingers spread topping over cake mix
Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 mins
Let cool, cut into servings and top with Cool Whip.
You can also use white cake mix with either apple or cherry pie filling.
