Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 ounces smoked salmon (not Lox)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to peaks with a pinch of salt
- cucumber slices
- Pita Chips or Crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Puree first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Season with pepper. Fold whipped cream into salmon puree. Transfer to a serving container; smooth top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead). Arrange cucumber slices decoratively around top of mousse. Serve with Pita chips or crackers.
