Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli slaw or finely chopped broccoli
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 can water packed tuna - (6 oz) drained and flaked
- 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 2 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cucumber peeled, and cut into spears

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, tomato, tuna, mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper. Place 1 cup of the salad greens on each of 2 plates. Top with the tuna mixture and serve, garnished with the cucumber.
