Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Pork loin slices
- Baby spinach
- Napa cabbage, sliced thin
- Red bell pepper
- Golden raisins
- Orange bits
- Avacado slices
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon toasted curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Put dressing ingredients in Mason jar and shake until thoroughly mixed.
Drizzle dressing over salad mix, toss.
Place pork loin slices on top and serve.
