Ingredients

  • around 200g green beans
  • 3 cloves of young, fresh garlic
  • around 10 g of parmigiano reggiano
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook or steam green beans, al dente at this stage
2. Smash the garlic with salt
3. Fry garlic on low heat taking care not to burn it, cause it will turn bitter
4. Add cooked green beans and fry a few more minutes so that the flavours can mix well
5. Adjust taste with salt and pepper if necessary
