- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C. shredded pepper jack cheese
- 4 1/2 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 C. light mayo
- 2 C. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. sea salt

Step 1
In a blender or food processor add cheese, mayo, salt, and 1 cup of onions; blend.
Add the other cup of onions and continue to blend. In a greased baking dish, bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serve with your choice of crackers.
