Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 T sugar
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 egg
- two thirds c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together. Pour into 8 inch pan. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. After baking, melt 1 T butter to brush on cake. Sprinkle 2 T sugar over.
