In bowl put in butter and sour cream The bake potatoes, coated in oil, for 1 hour at 400 degrees Cut potatoes in half Hold each half in hand with a towel, and scrape into bowl with a house tablespoon. Some skin in the mix is no big deal. season with salt, pepper and seasoned salt add bacon green onions add cheese and milk Mix with potato masher put in dish, smoothe out the top sprinkle more cheese on top bake 30 min at 350/ until warmed through
