Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1-1/2 lb. boneless pork loin rib end roast
  • large chopped onion
  • medium chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 6oz. tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Spray cooker. Cut beef and pork into 3-inch pcs. Place meat and remaining ingredients except tomato paste in cooker.

Low 8-10 hrs.

Remove meat. Shred meat. Strain liquid from cooker - reserve.

Return veg and shredded meat to cooker

Stir in tomato paste. Stir in 1-2 cups of reserved liquid.

Increase to high for 15 min.
