Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 3 T Light Olive Oil
- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 2 lbs. potatoes, cut in half or fourths

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Coat baking sheet with no-stick spray.
Stir together oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes. Toss well until coated.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are fort-tender and golden brown.
