Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups Progresso chicken broth 32 ounces
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion thawed
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 can Green giant cream style corn 14.75
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3/4 ounces
  • 1 can Old El Paso chopped green Chilies
  • 1/2 cup Half and Half
  • Chopped fresh Cilantro, optional

Preparation

Step 1

In 4 quart slow cooker stir together all ingredients except half and half and cilantro until combined.
Cover and cook on high setting 4 to 5 hours.
Stir in half and half . Spoon into soup bowl. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
