Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 5 cups butter
- 5 cups brown sugar
- 10 large eggs
- 10 cups old-fashioned oats
- 10 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 7 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
- 5 cups white chocolate chunks

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.
2. Add eggs; mix well.
3. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each.
3. Add dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks to batter, mixing just until combined.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or #60 scoop onto ungreased sheet pans.
5. Bake in a standard oven at 375ºF for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
YIELD: about 12 1/2 dozen
