- 2 Cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
- 1 tablespoon cayenne

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Allow meat to come to room temperature. Rub mixture all over ribs and cover with tin foil. Place ribs in 325 oven for about 4-6 hours. About 1 hour before you are ready to eat, check the rubs and remove the foil.
