Blueberry Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 pint unsweetened whipping cream
- 1 8 or 9" baked pie shell
- 2 cans blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Drain blueberries and save the juice from 1 can. Using a little over 1 tablespoon cornstarch, add to the juice and cook. You may add a little lemon juice. Add sugar for flavor.
Cream the cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip the cream and fold in well to creamed mioxture.
Spread in baked pie shell. Spoon berry mix over the filling and chill well
